The Oasis
was established in Horsham in 1997 to provide compassionate and independent advice and support to those facing decisions associated with unintended pregnancy and pregnancy loss as a result of miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion.

The Charity also offers free baby clothing and equipment to those who may need assistance in providing these essentials for their baby

and runs an education programme in local schools for around 2,000 pupils every year.

The charity relies upon the financial support of friends and occasional fundraising events.

The Oasis is an organisational member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) No.211965. As an organisational member of the BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the professional conduct procedure for the time being in force.
